It is a very good Hotel. Confortable, clean and big. The locations is great as well.
The gym and sauna are in another hotel of the chain, 300 miles far...for me it wasnt a problem

A short walk to La Ribera, where you can have lunch. The hotel was situated so close to the 1735 bus stop, just 15 minutes walking distance...
Everything was spot on.

The hotel was very clean with a spacious room. We did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant was breakfast was included with the room rate and it was very satisfying. The staff was very helpful and I would definitely stay there again if travelling to Rosario.

The receptionists were very helpful when I needed a doctor to visit the hotel. They organized it in just 20 minutes, which was amazing service. The breakfast had a great variety, including bacon, eggs, fruit salads, and cakes. The room had a kettle and tea available. The wifi was reliable. I'll recommend this hotel.

Noisy street at night and on week-ends. Parking not included.

The room itself was great - spacious and well kept.
Several of the advertised features - the sauna, gym, massage/spa, solarium - simply don't exist. They're located at another hotel, a 5-6 block walk away, that requires you take a note from the Presidente to allow you access, but since you don't have a room there, you have to go already dressed in gym clothes and carry your own towel with you. Also, the hotel's restaurant is not open every day, which would have been good to know in advance.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were very pleased with our choice. The location was perfect, as it was centrally situated, just a short walk from the bustling pedestrian street. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hotel itself offered enhanced comfort and quality services. The room was spacious and comfortable, surpassing our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the amenities provided, including the kettle and tea selection. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I stayed in a spacious room, but it was a bit rundown. the bathroom was old and in need of renovation. the staff was friendly, but not very informative about the area. the breakfast was just average. the hotel is located within walking distance of the shopping area and has a valet service.
The restaurant was closed on Sunday, and there was no other option for dining in the hotel.

The breakfast selection was decent and the staff was friendly. The hotel's location near the city's main attractions was convenient. The availability of free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a plus.
The overall facilities were dated and in need of renovation. There was no milk provided in the room for coffee or tea.

During my Easter trip, I had an enjoyable stay at a comfortable hotel. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. the location was convenient, as we were able to walk to many popular attractions. the hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport which was helpful.
the rooms were slightly outdated and could use some renovations.
